The shunt reactors will travel from the Port of Leith with a police escort and support vehicles, via the A1, before being transferred on to a trailer and delivered to the substation site at Crystal Rig.

The first delivery will take place between Friday 4th June and Sunday 6th June with the next delivery expected between Saturday 12th June and Monday 14th June. The current road closure in place has been extended to Wednesday 16th June.
